I'm Sivan, a freelance product designer. I've focused my career on category-leading consumer products. I partner with founders to decide what to build, then design it from the ground up and build it into a working product.
I joined Nanit pre-launch as its only designer and grew into Director of Product Design. Later, I led product design at Amp through its launch.
At heart, I'm a thinker and a maker: I design every flow, screen and interaction with a lot of care and attention. Lately, AI has become part of how I work, letting me take designs further into real, working products. As the lines between roles blur, I see an opportunity to push the craft as far as ambition takes me.
Outside of work, I'm a mom to two curious boys, and we all love science and exploring nature. Home is Ramat Gan, Israel, and whenever we can, we're outdoors or traveling somewhere new together.

Zero → one discovery and design
For when you have an idea and need to know if it's worth building, or need to shape it into something people want. I work closely with founders and small teams to find the right problem, test ideas fast with lean research and prototypes in real code, and narrow in on what works. Then I design the product hands-on, from first flows to a polished, working product ready to launch.
AI design workflows
Help your team move from chatting and experimenting with AI to working with it every day, all the way to production. I set up the tools, environment, habits and rituals that let designers ship pixel-perfect working code: prototyping in code, collaborating and sharing progress with teammates and stakeholders, design systems built and maintained in code, and handing off code to production. I offer workshops for the whole team, or mentoring for individual designers.
Fractional design leadership
Senior design leadership without a full-time hire. I built and led design teams from the ground up, and I bring that experience to yours: design strategy, process and rituals, a healthy team culture, hiring the right people, and clear growth paths for designers. Whether you're starting a team from scratch or helping an existing one run smoother, I'll take design off your plate so you can focus on the business.
Workshops and design sprints
Focused sessions that get everyone on the same page before the real work begins. I run design sprints, customer journey mapping and brand strategy workshops, remote or in person. Use them to define a specific product or feature, align the whole team around one goal, or help founders find their brand and the story they want to tell, before a single screen is designed.
